At Mattel, I served as Project Manager for the Fashionistas and My First Barbie lines of Barbie dolls. I managed 20+ projects concurrently, including the dolls above, and led team meetings of upwards of 50 people on a weekly basis.

The My First Barbie dolls are a line of dolls made especially for young children. Their bodies are softer and larger than their 11.5 in counterparts.

I led cross-functional teams that included design, marketing, engineering, and manufacturing.

→ Cedars-Sinai’s Marina Del Rey Hospital

I was a member of the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing team for Cedars-Sinai’s new Marina Del Rey Hospital. As a Project Engineer, I managed a $62 million contract and 6 others. In addition, I trained new employees, successfully integrating them into our team.
